About Oklahoma Representative Stover:

Robert Taylor has been in the Financial Services andInvestment Management business for thirty-seven years. He is President of Utica Capital Management Corporation in Tulsa, OK. Formerly he was a United Methodist Minister for four years. He is still very active in his church, First UMC in Tulsa. He serves on the Administrative Board andhas taught adult Sunday school classes for many years. He also serves on the board and is chairman of the Finance Committee for the Circle of Care, which serves as the guiding organization for the four orphan and children's homes run by the United Methodist Church across the state of Oklahoma.

Bob has been married to Carolyn for thirty-eight wonderful years and both his children, Christi and Rob, work with Bob at Utica Capital. Bob's grandchildren, Micahel, Caroline, and Emma are his real delight.

Bob has written one book, Financial Freedom: A Matter of Surrender, and is completing a second, The Deadliest Epidemic: A Fatherless Child. He is also the founder of men's organization, "Men Without Fathers," that helps adult males deal with issues of having grown up with a father present and active in their lives.

He and Carolyn were both born near Tulsa and have made their home there for the last thirty-two years. Carolyn taught second grade before leaving to be a full-time mother and homemaker.
