May we introduce our First Place Website DesignWinner, Grandma Lydia (on the right, holding granddaughter Karina.) Grandma Lydia was honored by her family with dinner out. Around the table: Son Jeremy and his wife, Trina, who arethe parents of Karina and Juliet. (Juliet shown separately.) Pictured above are, left to right: Karisa, age 14 of Soldotna, Alaska; Manday, age 12 of Kenai, Alaska, and Charanna, age 16, of Brainerd, Minnesota. Together they have designed a website which decribes in detail the methods and advantages of tracing family photo histories. Since Grandparents Day Founder Marian McQuade always urged grandparents and grandchildren to get together and put names and dates on the backs of all family photos, these three young ladies and their website were chosen as Grandkids Web Design winners for the year 2000.
