"Brant Frost - a talented actor and stage performer,
he has donated his time and talents to amateur community theatre over
a five-decade period. Playing a variety of roles and appearing in 26 community
theatre productions, he has entertained seniors and children as a volunteer
performer in plays and other stage productions throughout central Georgia
since 1968, earning many glowing reviews. Brant Frost is also a gifted short-story writer and general raconteur who has entertained and amused both children and adults as a storyteller, performing on a volunteer basis for community groups whenever asked. Using his writing talents, Brant wrote Songs of Deliverance, a journal of essays and short stories about the discoveries he found 'in an old trunk in the attic of his mind.' |
"Jan Frost - In thirty years' service as founding
Executive Director of Volunteer macon, she spearheaded recruiting, training,
and development for thousands of volunteers in community service. These
services touched the lives of tens of thousands of vulnerable persons
in central Georgia, especially senior citizens, children, and the volunteers
themselves. In addition, she has served on the Board of Timmy Turtle Nursery
(for learning disabled children). Other community involvement includes: founding member, Past President, and trainer for the local Daughters of the King chapter; active volunteer (e.g., Altar Guild ~40 years) and leader (vestryman, Delegate to Council, Evangelism Chair, Episcopal Churchwomen Chair) at St. Francis Episcopal church (Macon, Georgia), and the Junior Women's Club Executive Board." -Mr. & Mrs. Fred Frost, of Texas |
