National Grandparents Day - Year 2006 State Winners

Elizabeth, age 10 is in the Fifth Grade. She enjoys sports, music and reading and playing both xylophone and guitar.

Elizabeth's grandparents are Bob and Nancy Guenther, who have been married 40 years. They live in Beaver Dam WI. and they have 4 children and 13 grandchidren. The grandma volunteers for Meals on Wheels, the Blood Bank and is a school crossing guard. Grandpa is active in the Citizen’s Police Academy. Bob and Nancy feel they need to set examples of tolerance, patience and kindness.
